CRÉATION D’UNE CARTE DE VŒUX POUR IREAS SOCIÉTÉ D’INVESTISSEMENT LOCATIF
Dragon Studio a conçu une carte de vœux élégante et haut de gamme pour IREAS – International Real Estate Asset Services, société spécialisée dans l’investissement immobilier locatif.
L’objectif de ce projet était de traduire visuellement les valeurs clés d’IREAS : sérieux, performance, pérennité et prestige, tout en offrant un support de communication chaleureux pour les vœux de fin d’année.
Une identité visuelle sobre et luxueuse
Le design repose sur une palette noir profond et or, symbole de stabilité, de confiance et de réussite financière. Les effets dorés, travaillés en dégradés lumineux et en lignes fluides, apportent une dimension dynamique et raffinée, évoquant à la fois la croissance, l’excellence et la projection vers l’avenir.
Mise en valeur de la marque
Le logo IREAS est intégré de manière centrale et lisible, renforçant la reconnaissance de marque. L’architecture graphique verticale, associée à des jeux de lumière et de particules, confère à la carte une esthétique premium, en cohérence avec le positionnement international et institutionnel de l’entreprise.
Un support pensé pour l’impact et l’élégance
La carte a été conçue pour fonctionner aussi bien en main qu’insérée dans son enveloppe, avec une attention particulière portée aux contrastes, à la hiérarchie visuelle et à l’impact immédiat du message. Dragon Studio designed an elegant, high-end greeting card for IREAS – International Real Estate Asset Services, a company specializing in rental property investment.
The objective of this project was to visually express IREAS’s core values — reliability, performance, long-term stability, and prestige — while offering a refined and welcoming communication piece for the end-of-year greetings.
A refined and luxurious visual identity
The design is built around a deep black and gold color palette, symbolizing stability, trust, and financial success. The gold effects, crafted through luminous gradients and flowing lines, add a dynamic and sophisticated dimension, evoking growth, excellence, and a forward-looking vision.
Brand enhancement
The IREAS logo is positioned centrally and clearly, reinforcing brand recognition. The vertical graphic structure, combined with light effects and subtle particle elements, gives the card a premium aesthetic, fully aligned with the company’s international and institutional positioning.

The card was designed to be visually effective both in hand and when placed inside its envelope. Particular attention was given to contrast, visual hierarchy, and immediate impact. The highlighted year, treated as a strong graphic element, emphasizes the ideas of renewal and continuity.
